The plants will be sorted by their common name when you are looking for their link to the info on each page.
Each plant will have scientific name, common name, size, culture, form, zones, color, texture, personal expirence, personal opinion, and other information
The names of the plants will be given in scientific and common name.
The zones are the places that the plant will grow in the southeast. There are three zones: 6, 7, 8.
This section tells you where the plant will grow the best. As in sun or shade, and wet or dry soil. It will also address pest problems, growth rate, and a few other helpful pieces of information.
The size is the height and width of the plant at maximum growth. There isn't any reason that you can make the plant grow taller or wider by manually forcing it to grow that way.
This section explains the form the plant can grow in naturally or what form most people want the plant to grow in.
The color is the color the plant is year round, the color the plants is during the fall, and the color of the flowers if the plant has any flowers.
The texture of a plant is how the plants leaves and bark feel and look.
This section might not be filled in for all of the plants because I am only going to write about the plants that I have worked with or at least know about. Some of the plants that are on this website I have never used but either I like them or I think that I need to put them on this site.
This part is what I think about the plant and how I believe the plant looks good to me. It will be like the personal expirence section, as in it will not be always filled in because I have not had any personal expirence with the plant.
This part will hold miscellaneous information about the plant that isn't addressed in any other section.
